Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the family planning program staff in identifying potential locations to expand the reach of the program and implement family planning clinical and counseling services. Reach out to potential partners to begin the implementation phase of family planning services. Explain the benefits of participation; discuss site concerns and work to address issues identified by subcontracted sites. Schedule meetings between program staff at the sub-recipient level and family planning program staff to monitor program implementation. Assist in the preparation of materials for clinical trainings to ensure timely start up for new sites in the network. Assist in preparation of progress reports respective to funding guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma and one to three years of relevant work experience required. Bachelor’s degree in health education, counseling, social work or related field with experience in health care preferred. Must have excellent knowledge of sexual health including general reproductive health, family planning and women’s health. Strong ability to think conceptually. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team. Strong ability to think conceptually. Must have the ability and experience working in communities of color and with young women of color.
