Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, implement, and overseeing all processes within the Rental Assistance program including intake, verification/certification and distribution of funds. Hire, train, supervise and support program staff on services delivered. Monitor program performance and quality of services, and implement changes necessary to ensure high quality service, positive customer satisfaction and outcome. Track and monitor customer services, records to ensure timely and accurate paper and electronic record-keeping. Ensure that program services are accessible, customer driven and timely. Work with communications team to develop outreach materials to maintain continuous visibility of available resources within local communities. Maintain program budget and compliance requirements. Prepare reports of related program activities and progress, funding updates and compliance checks, as requested or required by the funding source. Network and foster relationship within and outside the organization. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
One to three years of experience in human services and a Bachelor’s degree in human services, social science or related field required. Experience in housing or homelessness prevention preferred. Must have demonstrated knowledge of challenges and goals of housing and homelessness prevention. Ability to deal sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong detail oriented, organizational, planning, problem solving and time management skills. Ability to inspire, educate, and supervise staff. Ability to work within a fast-paced work environment and meet demands of a complex population. Ability to respond effectively to crisis. Bilingual skills, as needed.
