Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Program Manager with day-to-day management of the Low-Income Multi Family Energy Retrofit Program. Transfer new applications into database. Maintain database: update records, and improve design and functionality as requested. Communicate with applicants and potential applicants on application status and documentation required. Request project installation agreements from applicants and maintain records. Assist the Program Manager in preparing for committee meetings. Prepare project final inspection paperwork and close out reports. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of professional experience required. Background in energy efficiency and/or multi-family low-income housing required. Experience in grant program management helpful. Must be able to interpret and implement energy efficiency guidelines for retrofit activities. Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Access and Excel or at least a high degree of comfort with databases and spreadsheets. Must be able to communicate effectively via phone and email.
