Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing daily oversight and monitoring of program activities to assure fidelity to program model and in accordance with program priorities and funding guidelines. Work in collaboration with subcontracted agencies to identify and target outreach strategies to communities underserved in the family planning program. Oversee outreach efforts and coordinate a social media marketing strategies for increasing access to family planning. Conduct program evaluation and data collection activities according to program evaluation plan and funder guidelines. Support organized peer-driven community events within targeted Boston neighborhoods, partnering organizations to recruit the target population.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in health education, counseling, social work or related field, and one to three years of relevant work experience required. Experience in supervision of health education staff and volunteers preferred. Must have demonstrated ability to conduct outreach and strong group facilitation skills. Demonstrated knowledge of reproductive health education and community health education. Excellent group facilitation skills and an ability to work with a variety of curricula.
