Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing information and support to consumers around work/family child care issues, and for providing child care resource and referral directly to private employers, institutions and other organizations. Conduct research and assess needs and trends in the child care industry as well as market opportunities and individual services. Recruit and establish contractual agreements and memoranda of collaboration with organizations and groups involved in fee-for-service activities. Develop and implement marketing program for corporate/institutional consumers, including production and distribution of written materials, and participation in presentations and meetings. Compile statistics and prepare data reports, projections and analyses of consumer satisfaction and quality control of program. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social science, Early Childhood Education, or related field with three to five years of experience dealing with operation of child care information and referral services required Experience with fee-for-services markets and program marketing preferred. Must have excellent organizational, management and communication skills. Demonstrated familiarity with computers and automated systems. Bilingual skills as needed. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
