Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager through a wide variety of clerical and project based activities to support the coordination of office procedures, operations and resources, ensuring the effective implementation of ABCD Energy and Property Services programs. Perform general office support including, but not limited to, fielding telephone calls, word processing, spreadsheet creation, reserving conference space and filing. Assist in the organization and maintenance of Property Services work orders on internal software system. Assist in maintaining site location profiles, repair histories and related site information. Work with and assist other property staff as necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, and up to 12 months of relevant experience required. College degree preferred. Demonstrated working knowledge of and ability to use mainstream computer software programs and internet research skills, in particular experience with Yardi/Voyager software as needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to function in a high pressure environment. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
