Responsible for providing oversight for key systems related to the Planning and Grants functions, including grants and contracts tracking, donor management, prospect research, and mailing systems. Ensure the effective identification of funding opportunities, the smooth coordination of grant development processes and the efficient capture and utilization of data related to funding sources. Maintain prospect research systems and conduct cultivation of new and existing individual, corporate, and institutional relationships. Maintain grants development schedules and facilitate coordination across program and department lines. Maintain sign-off tracking systems for contracts and proposals. Coordinate staff training in grants-related topics, including agency processes and data systems. Assist in grants research and grant writing. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field, with two to five years of experience in a professional office environment. Must have outstanding communications and writing skills and excellent organizational skills required. Ability to work effectively with persons from a wide variety of backgrounds and as part of a team or independently. Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or other donor database products required.
