Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Huma Resources department. Provide coverage of the Human Resources reception area and main phone line(s). Create and maintain a master calendar of activities conducted by the HR department including required mailings, audits, events and trainings. Coordinate account creation and termination with ITS, Telecom, Purchasing, and Office Services on a weekly basis. Assist with the maintenance of employee files including but not limited to personnel files, benefits files, employee complaints and investigations. Assist with pulling together documentation for audits as needed. Assist in the intake and completion of Human Resources forms, such as CORI requests and Form I-9s, as needed. Maintain appropriate level of HR supplies, including but not limited to office supplies, benefits packages, and HR forms. Maintain cleanliness of common spaces such as the conference room, supply cabinets and kitchenette. Work with members of the HR team to keep hallway postings up to date. Distribute mail and provide support to all functional areas of HR as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with one year of relevant experience in a busy office environment required. Must have the ability to manage multiple phone lines. Strong computer literacy and advanced skills with various applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, databases, e-mail and internet. Strong attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and planning skills. Bilingual skills, as needed. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
