Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying, accessing, and analyzing primary and secondary data sources related to ABCD’s anti-poverty mission. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support agency’s identification of strategic priorities. Produce data visualizations, memos and reports. Provide critical analysis of agency datasets. Conduct research activities as needed for specific programs or issue areas. Manage monitoring and evaluation activities and prepare reports for funding sources. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Social Services or related field, and a minimum of three to five years of experience in human services planning or program development required. Experience with program evaluation strongly preferred. Must have exceptional research, analytical and organizational skills. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a busy, multi-tasking environment which requires self-direction and good judgment. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with statistical analysis software, such as SPSS.
