Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing administrative supports to the Family Planning Training Institute and program. Work with Training Institute and other Health Services staff to facilitate training in the area of family planning and sexual health prevention programs and additional topics as the Institute expands. Responsible for electronic and on-site registration, collection of fees, confirmation of participants in training workshops, corresponding data collection and reporting. Maintain the Training Institute program database and the FP program database including training registration, attendance records, fee collection, and counselor certification history, site contact information, and meeting minutes. Assist with the preparation of training workshops including correspondence with trainers, online training material update and distribution, packets preparation, and appropriate virtual and in person training set up activities. Order program supplies; including books, curriculum material teaching tools, program promotional materials and food according to established procedures. Handle invoices for expenses by vendors. Provide monthly statistics and reports, including detail on training registration, attendees, continuing education and certification history and tabulation of training participant evaluation. Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and one to three years of experience. Experience working in public health programs and dealing with sensitive topics preferred. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills. Knowledge and skills using digital communication platform, electronic database and spreadsheet including Google Apps, Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in performance of work responsibilities. Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural and socioeconomic groups. Flexibility to work some early morning hours
