Neighborhood Client Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating neighborhood services including maintaining an active caseload of clients, conducting outreach activities and coordinating all volunteers and interns. Provide case management services through individual visits and follow-up to enable them to become more self-sufficient. Maintain accurate databases for the agency, clients and employers. Develop and maintain relationships with other organizations within the community to better serve client needs. Coordinate client outreach and community linkage activities, facilitating various workshops. Prepare weekly narrative reports regarding clients and employment efforts for submission to the Director/Operations Manager. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with two years of college coursework required. Associates degree preferred. Must have at least one to three years of experience in case management or job development, and experience working with adults and youth. Bilingual skills as needed. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
