Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall coordination and maintenance of the multi-departmental action plan for all CSBG CARES Act/COVID-19 Relief funded efforts aimed at creating and/or enhancing programming that responds to community needs resulting from the pandemic. Collaborate with leadership across programmatic departments on the administration of all CARES related funding and programs, including CSBG and other public and private grants and contributions. Ensure CARES projects have appropriate methods in place for recording client data, and for tracking activities, outputs, and outcomes to maximize impact of program services. Work with program leadership to monitor program performance and services, facilitate customer feedback and implement changes necessary to ensure high quality service and outcomes. Coordinate with departments to develop outreach campaigns and materials, and provide information on CSBG CARES project activity to diverse audiences and constituencies. Support inter-departmental collaboration, especially through facilitation of Task Groups associated with multi-department projects. Assist in the hiring and training of staff for CARES programs. Ensure that all CSBG CARES expenditures are tracked by project in order to determine that expenditures are on-track relative to projections, and that divergences from expected rates of expenditure are addressed. Attend and represent ABCD at various community meetings and other events. Perform other related duties, as assigned, from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, human services, business or related field, with five plus years of relevant experience required. Must have the ability to deal sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to facilitate a successful relationship with multi-department or multi-program teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational, planning, problem solving and time management skills. Demonstrated commitment to high quality program services. Ability to use technology to effectively perform job duties.
