Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of out of school youth programs within ABCD’s Youth Services Department. Work closely with case managers, participating youth, training providers and academic partners to build a coordinated program of career exploration, education, and support. Ensure all Out School Youth (OSY) activities are properly documented, including but not limited to, intake, case management, employment and transition plans. Coordinate industry specific job placement for subsidized youth internships with worksite partners. Develop unsubsidized job placement for youth for post-program placement. Coordinate and maintain all funder related reports. Systematize OSY program procedures so that all programs run in an efficient manner and the same activities are being completed for all youth. Assist Youth Services Director in evaluating vendor performance and continuation of partnerships. Assist in the development and planning of OSY programming in order to expand the Youth Services Department. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human services, education or related field, and three to five years of experience required. Experience facilitating large groups, and working with diverse and urban youth strongly preferred. Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task. Must have the ability to deal sensitively and effectively with persons of diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
