Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all front office reception and administrative duties for the Child Care Choices of Boston (CCCB) program. Responsible for greeting all visitors to the CCCB program. Answer main telephone line and respond to basic inquiries from callers. Route calls and visitors to appropriate staff member. Maintain client sign-in log. Collect and maintain department files and correspondences. Help coordinate up-keep and maintenance of office equipment and reception area. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and up to one year of relevant experience in a busy office environment required. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated knowledge of computers and automated systems. Strong organizational skills and an ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
