Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Director or VP of Field Operations in the day to day operations of the program. Ensure that program activities and performance meet and exceed established goals. Responsible for the supervision of clerical and volunteer staff as assigned. Develop periodic trainings and protocols of clerical and administrative support. Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of statistical and narrative reports. Assist in grant writing, development and implementation of programs. Oversee the tracking and data collection of client information and assist in the preparation of reports for funding sources. Manage bills to be paid, and provide follow-up to make sure all accounts are reconciled. Disseminate information about ABCD services throughout the community, representing the agency at meetings with other agencies, local groups, etc. as appropriate. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with at least three to five years of experience in case management or job development and experience working with adults and youth required. Some college coursework preferred. Must have a broad knowledge of human services in the city, how to access them and demonstrated ability to work with clients and staff of diverse backgrounds. Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work without supervision required. Bilingual skills as needed. Willingness to travel and attend meetings and agency events. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
