Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the support of the agency’s brand communications across all channels. Helps to execute visual solutions and develop content across digital and print media that engage all audiences: clients and prospective clients, partners, public officials, funders, and the general public. Apply brand standards across all materials to ensure consistently high-quality work that meets the specifications of ABCD. Collaborate with staff designers and copywriters to create high-impact, effective communication designs. Contribute to social media content creation. Assist in developing solutions and organizing systems to improve design and communications processes. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree or two years of college coursework in graphic design, visual/communication design or related field with one to three years of experience in visual design required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional time-management and prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across projects. Professional approach to timelines and deadlines. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and CMS platforms. Passion for producing exceptionally high-quality visual solutions. Demonstrated proficiency with basic camera equipment and still photography. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
