Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the logging, processing and reporting of vendor invoices and department chargeback related to all Office Services activities. Ensure that invoice information is accurate and processed accordingly for payment by the Finance department. Update copy volumes log as needed for ABCD copiers. Input updated information on monthly report cover sheet and assemble monthly report documents. Act as primary switchboard operator, directing incoming calls to employees and departments with accuracy. Draft memos, send emails, and acquire information as needed. Maintain and organize important electronic files and hard copy documents. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time. 

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with three to five years of related experience required. Must have good organizational and computer skills. Working knowledge of office services procedures and various office equipment. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
