Creative Services Program Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating systems and processes and coordinate people to ensure that projects are prioritized, delivered on time, and produce the desired results. Be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Manage creative projects such as the development of multichannel marketing materials including collateral, digital and printing advertising website development; environmental and virtual events; corporate and internal communications; annual reports, etc. Review creative and project requests for strategic goals, scope, and necessary assets. Work with management team, creative team, internal team and vendors/partners in developing job scope and timelines. Plan and traffic projects as they flow through the creative department and approval processes. Plan, schedule and participate in internal and external meetings. Take meeting notes and consolidate and disseminate action steps. Keep the director and team up to date on project flow and any obstacles or issues with projects. Perform other related duties, as assigned, from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in management, operations, or related field and one to three project management experience required. Ideal candidate would have two to five years of project management and/or cloud-based systems experience, and at least one year of client service. Ad agency experience in a project management or administration role is a plus. Must have exceptional organizational skills; ability to track and maintain a number of varied projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to multi-task. Experience using cloud-based project management tools such as Monday.com or Teamwork. Fluency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of creative development, deliverables, and timelines. Ability to manage regular status reports (individual and all current projects). Excellent communication skills.
