Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing daily oversight and monitoring of program activities to assure fidelity to program model and in accordance with funding guidelines. Conduct evidenced-based group and individual level intervention with the target population. Conduct program evaluation and data collection activities according to program evaluation plan and funder guidelines. Support organized peer-driven community events within targeted population, partnering organizations to recruit the target population. Provide support to maintaining the Program Advisory Committee that includes communication, participating in and documenting advisory meetings. Train staff at participating venue sites, including social media and marketing activities at participating sites. Monitor program through online data reporting and progress reporting respective to funding guidelines and submission dates. Ensure that all educational materials used are approved by the Information and Education Materials Review Committee, and as required by program and funding guidelines. Prepare progress reports respective to funding guidelines and assist in developing grant applications. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in health education, counseling, social work or related field, and one to three years of relevant work experience required. Experience in supervision of health education staff and volunteers preferred. Must have excellent knowledge of HIV/AIDS/Hepatitis prevention and sexual health including general reproductive health, family planning and women’s health. Demonstrated ability to conduct individual education and counseling sessions. Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of outreach strategies including street and venue-based outreach and social media. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Ability and experience working in communities of color and with young women of color. Must have flexibility in work hours and locations. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
