Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support and assistance to the Housing department, to facilitate the successful implementation of contractual goals as outlined by each specific program. Greet guests entering the department. Assist programs in the organization of contracts, budgets, and file. Coordinate and conduct housing workshops, appointment scheduling, and follow up with clients regarding documentation needed for department programs. Develop forms necessary for intake, tracking, follow-up, and reporting. Coordinate with the agency’s Planning Department on federal and state reporting. Responsible for ordering and distributing supplies and office equipment maintenance. Assist with volunteers, interns, and temps working within the department. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with up to twelve months of related experience required. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of assignments. Bilingual skills as needed. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
