Grants and Contracts Database Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Provide oversight for key systems related to the Planning and Grants functions. Responsible for maintaining donor database and coordinate the effective utilization by ABCD staff. Produce all donor acknowledgement letters. Maintain sign-off tracking systems for contracts and proposals. Assemble periodic reports for the Director of Grants. Support CSBG reporting and associated data entry. Coordinate the renewal of agency and departmental certifications and memberships. Assist with grant research and writing. Participate in organizational strategic planning. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field, with one to three years of experience in a professional office environment required. Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or other donor database products required. Must have outstanding communication and writing skills. Excellent organizational skills required. Must be able to work effectively with persons from a wide variety of backgrounds and as part of a team or independently.
