Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the client intake and eligibility certification process for the weatherization and Utility programs. Design and implement client outreach strategies to provide adequate application flow for weatherization and monthly production. Create and monitor systems for application tracking processes. Maintain contact with all appropriate community groups to promote weatherization and conservation services. Coordinate marketing efforts and special events through the Fuel Assistance and Weatherization staff to maximize efforts. Coordinate with other conservation programs to ensure proper referrals, as required. Maintain familiarity with all current state and federal guidelines for determining client eligibility. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time. 

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with three to five years of relevant experience required. Associate’s degree in social sciences or related field preferred. Must be able to interpret and implement state and federal guidelines for weatherization activities. Strong organizational skills and background in office management required. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
