Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Program Manager with day to day management of Low-Income Multi Family Energy Retrofit Program. Transfer, maintain and update applications records in database. Oversee LEAN Multifamily website including: live chat functions, case study updates, lead origination and monitor Google Analytics dashboard. Communicate with single family and multifamily applicants and potential applicants. Coordinate with statewide subgrantee network on applications and inquiries. Develop and execute outreach strategies across all program territories, including: digital marketing, data-driven, targeted outreach campaigns, develop key messaging and presentation material, conduct statewide local engagement. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of professional experience required. Background in energy efficiency and/or multi-family low-income housing also required. Experience in grant program management helpful. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Access and Excel or at least a high degree of comfort with databases and spreadsheets. Must have flexibility, initiative, and an ability to work in a team. Ability to deal sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
