Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, organizational stability, and efficiency.
  • Strategize and optimize funding for ITS, Office Services, Property Management, and Purchasing departments.
  • Foster positive employer/employee relations within the organization.
  • Review funding proposals and contracts, ensuring appropriateness of proposed expenditures.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on administrative and legal matters affecting the agency.
  • Liaise with public and private agencies and organizations regarding administrative operations.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of a strategic plan, achieving organizational goals.
  • Evaluate the success of the organization and represent its interests externally and internally.

Job Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social science or other relate field and at least ten years of extensive high-level experience in the administration/management of a large, diverse organization required.
  • Excellent supervisory, human relations, and communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated excellent entrepreneurial and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law and human resources.
