Community Coordination handles direct case management services to clients currently at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line who live in Boston, Malden, Medford, and Everett.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for coordinating neighborhood services by maintaining an active caseload of clients, conducting outreach activities and coordinating all volunteers and interns.
  • Provide case management services through individual visits and follow-up to enable them to become more self-sufficient.
  • Oversee databases for the agency, clients and employers.
  • Maintain relationships with other organizations within the community to better serve client needs.
  • Coordinate client outreach and community linkage activities, facilitating various workshops.
  • Prepare weekly narrative reports regarding clients and employment efforts for submission to the Director/Operations Manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of experience in case management or job development, and experience working with adults and youth.
  • Bilingual skills as needed.
  • Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
